Privacy:

Memories and More will not sell or share any information you provide to us. All information collected is for the sole purpose of providing excellent customer service.

Minimum order:

$25.00 (not including shipping and taxes)

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and money orders. You may fax your credit card information if you prefer not to submit it over the Secure Server.

Return:

Please notify us by email or phone call within 10 days of receiving your order to inform us of any products that you wish to return. Packaging must be intact and unopened unless the product has been found not to function correctly. A receipt must be provided for any refund or credit.

Shipping:

Your order will be shipped between 24 and 72 hours of receipt via Canada Post expedited parcel service, will be fully insured for loss and a tracking number will be provided. You may request other forms of shipment at your expense. Shipping fees charged are based on the weight and dimensions of your package and are calculated on the Canada Post website. We do not charge handling fees.

For in store pick up, make a note in the comment box upon check out and your order will be held for you at the store.
